Built-in tutorials arrive in 0.9

In-game tutorials will ship with the main menu and interface overhaul, in version 0.9.

They come with two changes meant to smooth out the learning curve:

• A dedicated learning area, rather than tutorials delivered in an empty world
• Contextual key hints in the HUD, on by default and dismissible
